We create small access points, blow the insulation into the wall cavity so it fills the space properly, then carefully repair and make good those entry points once the job is complete.

    Our weatherboard wall insulation process is backed by a CodeMark certified system, which gives homeowners confidence that the installation method has been assessed for compliance with the New Zealand Building Code when used as specified. This is an important part of the CosyWall process, because it means the work is carried out using a proven system designed specifically for retrofit wall insulation in existing homes.

    Once the insulation has been installed, we carry out repair work to a high standard so the wall is left neat and tidy. The entry holes are filled with a suitable exterior filler, then sanded back so they are ready for repainting. Our aim is to make sure the finished surface is well prepared for the final coating, with as little visual evidence of the installation work as possible.
